Return Policy


While we are confident in the quality of our products and service, if you are not satisfied, you can return the purchased product for a full refund by visiting authorised Elite dealer or store you purchased the product.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please let us know as soon as possible by submitting an email to customercare@eliteshoe.com . The return will be processed within 30 days of our receipt of your request.

Please note that any item that has been worn or has the tags removed cannot be returned.

Upon receipt of the returned unopened product, we will issue a full refund or a credit note for the same amount, which may be applied to your next purchase or we will send you product of equivalent value, in accordance with your instructions on the return request form.

All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless Elite Shoe was at fault for any reason. If the fault was ours, your shipping expense will be refunded to you.

All SALE items are FINAL and are not eligible for return or exchange.
